Basic Rules

~ You can have up to three guys, one trainer two pokemon or three pokemon
~ You can Be shiny/legendary/Lv. 100
~ No power play
~ You can only use move your pokemon can actually learn, use serebii.net or bulbabedia
~ Be realistic, if you are a Gyarados and someone uses thunder, you are dead, shut up an deal with it
~ Go to the Pokemon center to heal pokemon
